Can I download lessons or access them offline?
Yes. Every module in the Catalog can be downloaded for offline practice on both desktop and mobile apps. Your progress syncs automatically once you're back online.
What is your refund policy?

How many difficulty levels exist?
There are five clearly defined skill tiers: Beginner, Foundations, Improviser, Advanced, and Master. Each tier contains 12–20 specialized lesson packs.
